01 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 1971tk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://1971tk.bio ("the Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity offered by 1971tk, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

02 Eligibility and Age Verification

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 1971tk or any of its affiliated entities.

1971tk reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm your eligibility. This includes but is not limited to a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified by our team may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

03 Account Registration and Player Responsibilities

To participate in real-money gaming on 1971tk, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested on the registration form. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) account on the Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, the same device, or different devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all associated accounts.

• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account for any purpose.

• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, unless you have notified us in writing of a suspected breach.
• Accounts created using false, misleading, or unverifiable information will be closed without notice, and any balance may be voided.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

1971tk supports a range of Bangladesh-friendly payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved bank transfer channels including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. International card payments via Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to availability and verification.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 1971tk does not charge its own transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which 1971tk accepts no responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that match the name and identity details registered on your 1971tk account.

05 Prohibited Conduct and Restricted Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1971tk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or poker-format games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game to generate unintended winnings. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will be reclaimed.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, arbitrage betting across bonus funds, or any strategy designed to convert bonus funds into withdrawable cash without genuine play.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or underlying technology.
• Posting, transmitting, or displaying content that is abusive, offensive, defamatory, or harmful towards other players, 1971tk staff, or third parties through any Platform communication channel.

06 Game Rules, Fairness, and Dispute Resolution

All games available on the 1971tk Platform are supplied by reputable, internationally recognised game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface or in the accompanying game information panel.

All Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified RNG systems whose fairness and randomness are independently audited by the respective game studios. 1971tk does not interfere with or modify game outcomes in any way.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on Platform content without express written permission from 1971tk.
• Use any 1971tk trademark, logo, or brand material in any context outside the Platform without prior written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

The 1971tk Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the Platform is available, reliable, and free from errors, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or a completely error-free environment. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service failures, and circumstances beyond our control may affect Platform availability from time to time.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1971tk shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own negligence, including failure to secure account credentials.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1971tk with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral.
